The Purpose of the Executive Board:

The Executive Board shall be responsible for the interpretation and enforcement of all Pop Warner Little Scholars, Inc. rules and regulations. They further shall enforce all such additional policies, rules and regulations as shall be established by the Conference Board of Directors. The Executive Board shall hear all disputes between member organizations and appeals of decisions of member organizations. They shall hold sole authority to hear and rule on protests filed in accordance with accepted procedures. They shall be responsible for the league financial budget and will work in conjunction with the league Treasurer to establish and approve said budget.
